Well Driller Assistant / Pump Technician Assistant
📍 Based out of Creston, BC

Wild West Drilling Inc. is growing and looking to add another motivated team member to our crew.

This is a hands-on position supporting:
• Water well drilling operations
• Pump installations & servicing
• Equipment setup and maintenance
• Site preparation and cleanup
• General field support across residential and commercial projects

We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Shows up and works hard
✔ Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔ Works safely and takes pride in quality work
✔ Enjoys working outdoors and in changing conditions
✔ Mechanical aptitude is an asset
✔ Class 3 driver’s licence preferred (Class 5 considered)

Experience is an asset, but not required for the right person.

With snow melt, surface runoff, and rising water tables, we often see the effects of failed or poorly installed surface seals. That extra water moving through the ground can carry fines, silt, and contaminants straight down along the casing — and into your well.

We’re looking for a skilled Crane Operator who takes pride in precision, safety, and getting the job done right.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Operating mobile crane equipment on active job sites
• Setting tanks, equipment, and infrastructure components
• Supporting excavation, mechanical, and drilling crews
• Performing pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance
• Working in both rural and commercial environments
• Traveling throughout Southern Alberta and Southern BC

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• Valid crane certification (provincial compliance required)
• Strong understanding of load charts and safe lifting practices
• Clean driver’s abstract (Class 1 or 3 is an asset)
