Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in Chief John Jonas Centre Home of Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in Wellness Department supporting health, social, & family wellness of Citizens Wellness is an important part of the spirit.

Our focus is on individuals as a whole, while using holistic methods to provide our citizens with the best support we can. The Chief John Jonas Center provides services and programs that encompass the importance of the spiritual, physical, mental and emotional parts of a person. The Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in Citizenship Committee is currently seeking one (1) Citizen at Large to fill a two-year term.

Committee members:
- Attend monthly evening meetings held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month (maximum two hours)
- Sign an Oath of Confidentiality
- Become familiar with the Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in Constitution and the Umbrella Final Agreement (Chapter 3 - Enrollment)
- Contribute to matters related to TH citizenship and enrollment

Need help with your taxes, benefits, or CRA account? The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) will be at the Chief John Jonas Centre to provide in-person assistance for community members of all ages.

Printing and accessing income tax slips
Printing Notices of Assessment (NOAs)
Updating your information (address, phone number, direct deposit, etc.)
Questions about benefits and credits, including GST, CCB, DTC, and more
Understanding letters or correspondence received from the CRA

Please bring: Your Social Insurance Number (SIN)
One piece of photo identification

Join us at Nänkäk Chèholąy for the Fall Harvest Camp from October 7-10, 2026. This harvesting camp is open to registered youth ages 12-18 and offers an opportunity to learn traditional harvesting practices, spend time on the land, and connect with culture, community, and the season's harvest. Families are welcome to attend and participate at their own convenience throughout the camp. Come enjoy a meaningful land-based experience while building skills, knowledge, and connections. 🍂

Community Luncheon will resume on Tuesday, December 1, 2026.
Community Luncheon will take place Tuesdays and Friday.

🍎Tuesday luncheons are open to all TH Citizens. Citizens who are employees of Tr'ondëk Hwëch'in Government are asked to pay $7. There is no charge for TH Citizens not employed by TH Government.

🍛Friday luncheons are open to all TH Citizens, jëje-in employed by Tr'ondëk Hwëch'in Government, and community members in need. Tr'ondëk Hwëch'in employees are asked to pay $7. Community members are asked to pay $5 as they are able. There is no charge for TH Citizens not employed by TH Government.
