UPDATE: 11:50 p.m. May 26, 2026

The RNC regrets to inform that the 35-year-old Ontario man reported missing from Corner Brook has been located deceased.

No foul play is suspected.

The RNC expresses sincere condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.

The RNC would like to thank Deer Lake Search and Rescue, the RCMP, Canadian Helicopters, and the Joint Rescue Coordination Centre for their assistance with this matter.

We respectfully ask media and the public to remove all photos from circulation.

Deer Lake Search and Rescue is currently assisting with the search for a missing person Dylan Kiteley, 35 years old in the Deer Lake Goose Arm area.

- Last seen wearing a gray shirt, white cardigan, sweater, and blue jeans

- Last seen in Goose Arm
