Deloraine Summer Fair 2025 has come and gone! We are incredibly grateful for all the support we received over the weekend. We love you Deloraine and couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you ❤️
Here are some highlights of Deloraine Summer Fair 2025:
🧱 We added an open sided shed to the fairgrounds, which hosted our beer gardens for the weekend. Morningstar Metals did a fantastic job constructing the building - we got many compliments over the weekend! We felt so proud to see a brand new facility at the fairgrounds!
🚗 We had 17 cars in the demo derby this year, and held our first ever derby car raffle! The kids also had lots of fun spray painting the derby car in the afternoon - the car sure was colourful out in the ring!
🕺 We had 1,209 attendees aged 13+ on Saturday and 185 on Friday. This does not include all the kids that were able to enter for free! We filled the grandstands full again and even added more bleachers!
🚙 We held our first car show in memory of Jonathan Hofer. It was great to see so many cars show up in support, and see some of them join in the parade!
🏰 We added new activities to the kids area such as the petting zoo, inflatable slide and mini golf.
🎳 33 players participated in our first annual Belgian bowling tournament in support of the Deloraine Curling Club.
🎟️ We raised $1,165 for our Deloraine Food Cupboard from our 50/50 raffle.
There are so many people to thank for making this all happen:
