Bringing home a newborn is beautiful, and exhausting. 💜

If you're an English-speaking parent of a baby (0-1 year) in the Laurentians, our Post-Natal Respite program offers flexible, in-home support tailored to your family, help with rest, meal prep, breastfeeding support, and household tasks, so you can focus on bonding with your baby.

Each family can receive up to five two-hour visits, scheduled at your convenience during your baby's first year.

Looking for a place to express yourself, make new friends, and have fun? 🎨

Creative Connections is a welcoming monthly club where neurodivergent people can explore creativity through painting, collage, clay, and more, no experience required!

Designed for youth with Autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental conditions, each session builds confidence, life skills, and meaningful connections in a secure, inclusive, and encouraging space. Parents and siblings are welcome too!
