We are looking for a talented and dedicated organist/ choir director to lead our musical worship. Ideally, someone to provide traditional organ music, accompany the choir with hymns and support special services (weddings and funerals as needed)


We have a Casavant 2 manual p

ipe organ and a grand piano for both practice and services. Requirements: Proficiency in organ and piano. Experience in liturgical music. Position: Part time/Sunday mornings

This is the last bit of work to complete the exterior work on our Rose Window wall. There was extra expense as we needed to hire a boom truck to reach the very high peaks.
Sefton Squires Historic Property Restoration is doing a very professional job.
None of this would have been possible without our participation in the Next Great Save contest earlier this year as well as the terrific level of community support from all of you.
We continue to fundraise for the interior work which still needs to be tackled.

Our sister church, Grace United is holding an event of interest.Free will offering and all are welcome.

You are all invited to our annual parish service together with Church of the Nativity in Sandy Cove on August 30th at 11 a.m.

This will be followed by another annual event, our church picnic, at nearby Lake Midway. Please bring your own lunch and beverages. In the event of rain, our picnic lunch will be at the Sandy Cove fire hall.

Also note that there will be NO SERVICE at Trinity on Aug. 30.

More updates on the exterior work, close to completion on the exterior wall which holds the Rose Window and large triptych.
The wall has been repaired and the next step is the installation of plexiglass to further protect the wall and stained glass.
Most of the painting is complete already and will be finished once the windows are sealed.
Next will be the interior work…..it is a very big job.

Yes! In September, please join our choir!
Being a lifelong choir member wherever I’ve lived, I can attest that all of these things are true.
Never sung in a choir before? No problem!
Not sure if you’re good enough? No problem!
We all learn and grow together, supporting each other as we go…that’s the joy of choir.

Were you at the Best of Boxwood concert Wednesday night?
My photo does a poor job of capturing how engaged and captivated the audience was.
The range of instruments, the talent of the performers was a treat for us all.
How about the step dancing? I wish I had taken a video but honestly, I was more interested in not missing a step! You can see everyone standing or tilting their heads for a better view.
What were your take-aways?
