We are pleased to share that Disability Alliance BC and the VDRC will be hosting a virtual All Candidates Forum for the upcoming provincial election!

Thursday, October 15, 2026
5:00–7:00 p.m.
Via Zoom (link at the bottom of post)

The forum will focus on issues that have a significant impact on people with disabilities, including PWD disability assistance rates, accessible and affordable housing, and access to health care. Candidates will be asked questions on these topics and given an opportunity to share what they and their parties would do to address them.

We are working on securing an ASL interpreter for the event. If you have any other accessibility requests, please contact Wendy at [email protected] or 250-595-0044, extension 107.

Please feel free to share the event with others who may be interested as well. We hope to see you there!
