Recently we had our Annual Ceremonial Review, showcasing a march pass, awards, promotions, and little presentations made by the cadets once they’ve marched off parade.

Today across Canada, we remembered the brave souls who were sent onto the seas to fight in the Battle of the Atlantic, where over 2000 sailors from the Royal Canadian Navy, 1600 from the Merchant Marine and 700 from the Royal Canadian Air Force lost their lives. May we remember their brave courage to go onto the seas and fight for us.

Last night at Admiral Mainguy was COs parade, with our cadets dressing up with the best drill and deportment for the evening. As the even came to a close, we had a couple of promotions and presentations to award.

1. PO1 Crossman was promoted to CPO2.
2. LC Hayhurst was promoted to MC.
3. CPO2 Crossman earned her Marksmanship 1 level.
4. AC Davidson earned his Marksmanship 3 level.

This weekend, Mainguy cadets participated in a seamanship weekend with , , and at CFB Esquimalt down in Victoria!⛵️

The cadets had opportunities to practice their knot tying, flag knowledge, bosun calls and more!🐟

Thanks to everyone who showed up to weekend, many friends were made. And thanks to all the wonderful staff that made this possible.🫡
