Don't forget to use the TIPP skills when we need to reduce extreme emotions....
T- tip the temperature
you can use cold water on your face
I- intense exercise
this helps calm your body when its high with emotions
P- paced breathing
breath deeply in your belly, slow your pace by inhaling and exhaling
P- paired muscle relaxation
notice the tension in your body, well deep breathing tense different body muscles or well exhaling say the work Relax in your mind
