Catholic Social Services was represented at a consular event hosted by the Philippine Consulate General in Calgary and the Department of Migrant Workers in Vancouver at the Wyndham Hotel! ✨

We connected with 400+ Filipinos, distributed 150+ flyers, and presented our programs, including CSSP, NAARS, and new employment initiatives. 📈 Our 4-year partnership supports the Filipino diaspora in Edmonton since 2023. 🙏

We're grateful for the certificate of appreciation for our contributions! 🎉

🧡 National Day for Truth and Reconciliation | September 30

On this day, we honour Residential School Survivors, their families, and the children who never returned home.

Also known as Orange Shirt Day, this day reminds us of the lasting impact of residential schools and the importance of remembering that Every Child Matters. 🧡

Take a moment to learn, reflect, and honour Indigenous histories and cultures. Wear orange and, if you can, join a local event.
