Then register for the Town of Elk Point’s first annual Family Heritage Day, being held on Monday of the Family Day long weekend on February 16th—there is no better time to share your culture and family roots with your community then over Family Day long weekend.
Elk Point Heritage Day aims to give the community the opportunity to learn about the diverse cultures that are right here in our home. And it all starts with you, by registering as a vendor and finding unique and creative ways to share your cultural stories with us.
Whether through food, arts & crafts, song and dance, games and education, or in whatever you way choose best represents your Heritage, we want to learn all about your family roots.
Indigenous, Ukrainian, Filipino, Chinese, European, African, East-Indian—there is room for all of Elk Points Cultures to come together for one day of education, story-telling, bread-breaking and cultural growth.
The town of Elk Point invites you and all members of your family to be part of history and join Elk Point Heritage Day on February 16th from 2-6pm at the Allied Arts Centre and share your story of family and culture in your own unique way.
