Explore the Trails This Spring! 🌿

Join us for a series of family-friendly hikes through the scenic trails of East Hants. Open to all ages and hiking levels, these easy to moderate hikes are a great way to stay active, enjoy the outdoors, and connect with your community. Each hike lasts approximately one hour.

Looking to learn more about health and wellness resources in our community?

Drop into the East Hants Sportsplex on June 13 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for the East Hants Wellness Expo and connect with organizations, businesses, and services that support health and wellness in East Hants. The NS Mobile Public Health Mobile Unit will also be on site offering vaccinations.

Plus, enjoy a Walk & Talk with Dr. Nick on the walking track at 10 a.m. and visit the East Hants Farmers' Market from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
