Happy National Zookeeper Week! 🎉

As we celebrate National Zookeeper week, we wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible hard work, dedication, and passion our Zookeepers put into their careers every single day.
Early mornings, late nights, Christmas,, Easter Sunday, snowstorms or beautiful sunny days, our Zookeepers are here providing the highest level of care, maintaining habitats, preparing diets and enrichments, and giving our animals the love and attention they deserve.
We are incredibly fortunate to have such a close-knit zoo family. Some of our Zookeepers have dedicated over 40 years to Elmvale Jungle Zoo.
We are also grateful for every amazing Zookeeper who has been part of our journey over the years.
We see the care you give to each and every animal. You know their favourite treats, favourite enrichments, preferred scents, music, and each animal's unique personality. One of our favourite things to hear from guests when a Zookeeper walks by an animal and the animal gets excited,
"They know them!" and they're absolutely right. The bonds our Zookeepers build with the animals are something truly special.
While this week is dedicated to celebrating Zookeepers, please know that your hard work, compassion, and commitment are appreciated every single day, not only by all of us at Elmvale Jungle Zoo, but by the animals who trust you and depend on you.
To our entire Zookeeper team, thank you for everything you do. We couldn't do it without you. ❤️
