📢❄️ 2026 Snowsuit Campaign – Important Clarification About Applications
Since our post earlier this morning, we have received many messages from individuals wishing to apply for a snowsuit. People have also stopped by our Family Centres asking to submit an application or pick up a snowsuit. We would therefore like to clarify a few important points.
📅 The application period does not begin until September 8, 2026.
No applications will be accepted before that date, and no snowsuits will be distributed or reserved before the official application and eligibility process has been completed.
⚠️ Only applications submitted through the official application process, which will be shared shortly, will be considered.
We do not accept applications:
through Messenger;
by email;
by telephone;
through private messages on social media;
in person at our Family Centres or offices;
or through any other method outside of the official process that will be announced.
Messages, calls or visits made before September 8 do not constitute an application and will not reserve a place or a snowsuit.
📌 As mentioned in our previous post, we will be sharing new information about the Snowsuit Campaign every week, including:
📋 how to apply;
📄 what information and documents you should prepare;
✅ the eligibility criteria and application process;
🤝 how to contact us if you need support applying.
However, the application process itself will only begin on September 8.
📌 Groupe Action will not contact individuals personally to remind them when the application period has started.
It is therefore the responsibility of families wishing to apply to stay informed about the campaign.

We are making information available through several channels so families have multiple ways to stay informed.

📅 Application period closes: September 25, 2026
👉 No applications will be accepted before September 8.
