The RM is registered to distribute Strychnine for the control of Richardson Ground Squirrels. In order for us to estimate the quantity of poison we need to order please contact the RM office by June 20 at 306-722-3251 or by email at [email protected]. Please note you will be required to compete an online course before I can sell you the strychnine.

Minister Marit has worked hard advocating for Saskatchewan producers to expand the eligible area for strychnine use.

This was absolutely necessary with the growing predator pressures that threaten livestock and livelihoods.
