World Hepatitis Day – FREE Community Event happening in Flin Flon.

Join us on July 28 from 12:00–1:30 p.m. in the parking lot next to the Primary Healthcare Center.

Learn about hepatitis vaccines and testing, enjoy a free BBQ (while supplies last), play games for prizes, and pick up free personal item kits and harm reduction supplies.

WOW! We cannot begin to express our gratitude for the support we have received from the recent CBC News video. ❤️👠 Walk A Mile In Her Shoes is both an awareness event for men to show their support to end violence against women and also a fundraising initiative for our shelter.

We would like to thank all of the participants who have signed up to join us tonight for our walk a mile in her shoes fundraiser and collected pledges to help raise money for our local domestic violence shelter. As a thank you for all your hard work the top 3 participants who raised the most money will be going home with a prize pack! And we have something exciting planned for prize pack #4! Thank you to the local businesses Chastellaine Construction, Gateway, and Phanton Lake Golf Course for proving us with these AMAZING prizes! We couldn't do it without the support of the local businesses, the participants, those who pledged, and all of the volunteers who help out. Thank you!!
