A free yoga class with an experienced instructor, a beautiful community space and a chance to slow down, breathe and reset.

We are so grateful to Flagstaff Fitness Challenge Ambassador Bridgette Ponto of Gauge Yoga for generously donating a free Gentle Flo & Restore Yoga class for this year’s challenge.

We also want to extend a sincere thank you to the Friends of the Battle River Rail for generously donating the space at the Forestburg Train Station.

Class: Gentle Flo & Restore Yoga
Date: Thursday, June 18, 2026
Time: 6:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.
Location: Forestburg Train Station
Cost: Free

Registration is capped at 25 participants, so please secure your spot early by emailing your name to Cary at: [email protected]

Gentle Flow & Restore is a soothing, slow-paced yoga class combining gentle vinyasa sequences, connection to breath, and deeply supported restorative postures. It is designed to release tension, calm your nervous system, and restore balance. This class is geared more for those that are able to get up and down off the floor.

Whether you are participating in the Flagstaff Fitness Challenge or simply looking for a peaceful way to move your body, calm your mind and reset, this free class is a great way to spend your evening.

Thank you again to Bridgette Ponto and the Friends of the Battle River Rail for helping bring this free class to Forestburg Alberta.
