Fort Langley Marina Park and Haldi House Vision
You are cordially invited to participate in shaping the future of the Fort Langley Marina Park and Haldi House, two properties that hold tremendous potential for our community. Fort Langley Marina Park encompasses the area between Glover Road and the boat launch, extending from the Fraser River to the railway tracks. The Haldi House property is currently zoned C2, denoting general commercial zoning, while the Fort Langley Marina Park is zoned P-1, indicating Civic Institutional zoning that includes parks.

Various proposals have emerged over the years, significantly influencing the discussions surrounding these properties. For more information on these past proposals, please visit our website: http://fortlangleycommunity.com/waterfront-background/

The Waterfront Committee, a collaboration of local community groups, residents, and businesses, is dedicated to developing a grassroots community vision for the Fort Langley Marina Park and the heritage Haldi House. This vision will serve as a valuable resource for future proposals guided by the perspectives and aspirations of our community.

We firmly believe in initiating a community conversation to ensure that the future of these properties aligns with the needs and desires of our community. Your active participation in this survey will greatly contribute to creating a proactive vision that captures the essence of our collective aspirations.

In summary, we will focus on the heritage Haldi House, Fort Langley Marina Park, waterfront uses, and the Fort to Fort Trail.

Additionally, we would like to inform you that the Township of Langley has initiated their consultation process. You can find their survey by clicking here.

This survey marks the first step in our grassroots consultation process, and we sincerely appreciate your participation. Your answers will serve as the foundation for future visioning workshops and discussions.
