Hello Everyone! This hole was part of initial design of Jungle area where features some advanced challenges like red slides, rope tunnels and the hole, it’s about 3’-9” high from the below level and bigger kids can climb through. Although lots of kids like it, we do realize that it may be a safety hazard to little ones, it has been replaced with normal flooring panel. We do feel sorry for what happened recently and took prompt action to address the issue.

the jungle area is meant for older children, and we do have separate area for age below 5. It is advised that parents keep a closer eye on their children under 12 going in Jungle area. While we do have staff supervising the playgrounds and trampolines, they are there to enforce the rules for our facility. Our facility does not charge the parents and encourage parents to supervise kids at any point in time if they are under the age of 12.

We are trying very best to provide safe, clean and fun place for the kids, after all it’s the only reason why we did this for our community 3 years ago. Safety of the kids is always the top priority for us to consider as we do care!
