Planning a visit to Fort Steele this October? Take note of our special event hours!

On October 17, we’ll be open from 1 PM to 6:30 PM for Trick or Treat Day, followed by Fright at the Fort on October 24 from 6 PM to 10:30 PM.

On both days, our regular daytime activities will be replaced by Halloween fun, so make sure you plan your visit accordingly!

We can’t wait to celebrate spooky season with you at the Fort!

The countdown to Fright at the Fort is on!

On October 24, Fort Steele transforms after dark for a night packed with Halloween experiences. Take on five haunted houses, including the much-loved classic, look out for new animatronics, and catch two projection shows.

There's plenty to explore beyond the haunted houses. Stop by the Windsor Hotel for tarot card readings, watch a Halloween movie at the Wildhorse Theatre, and check out the Just Music DJ in the gazebo.

The bakery will have a special menu of Halloween treats and dinner options, while fire pits offer a spot to warm up between adventures.

Whether you're coming for the scares, the entertainment or the Halloween atmosphere, there's lots to experience at Fort Steele.
