The Town of St. Lewis

The Town of St. Lewis St. Lewis lies neatly within a sheltered harbour at the mouth of St. AKA Iceberg Alley.

Lewis Bay and is the most easterly community on the North American mainland which provides an excellent vantage point of the icebergs and floe-ice during the summer.

Water is back folks 🙂 You will probably need to run it for a bit for it to come clean, sorry for the interruption!

Good Evening Folks,
We have had an unexpected issue with the water and had to shut off the pump, so Town Water is shut off for the meantime, shouldn't be gone long, sorry for the inconvenience.

As you all aware by now, there has been a vandalism at
St. Lewis Academy; I have been asked to post these photos, if anyone has any information to please contact the RCMP Mary's Harbour Detachment and speak to Constable Mangrove.

Unfortunately, there has been vandalism at the school. There are pedal bike tracks where it occurred that weren’t there yesterday and there is significant damage.

If you or anyone you know was in the area of the school between yesterday lunchtime and this morning, and have any information, please contact Mrs. A.

The Man everyone went to one time or another, the Mr. Fixt-it of all things; Eric worked for the Town of St. Lewis for many years until his retirement, even in his retirement we could always count on him to help out when needed. There was never a mechanical problem too big, that he didn't know something about. Don't forget to drop by his shed on Wednesday June 17, 2026 and pay your respects to a wonderful man. You will be missed Eric by all who knew you, and our community.
