What happens when premium Canadian seafood meets one of Seoul’s top hotel dining experiences? 🇨🇦🦞🇰🇷

New Brunswick – Deliciously Canadian partnered with Conrad Seoul to bring the flavours of this Canadian province to the heart of South Korea. Hosted at ZEST, the experience featured a curated menu highlighting world-renowned lobster, snow crab, and regional ingredients from New Brunswick, Canada.

Led by Dennis The Prescott, the launch event welcomed media, creators, and culinary guests for an exclusive introduction to New Brunswick’s premium seafood, maple syrup and superfruits.

From cold, pristine Atlantic waters to the table in Seoul, the collaborative dinner at ZEST demonstrated why New Brunswick earns global recognition for premium seafood and food products.

Harvested in early summer, haskap berries support crop diversification for New Brunswick producers and contribute to the province’s growing agri-food sector.
