If you’ve spent your career entering buildings on their worst days, you understand life safety differently.
Rapheal joined our technician team last week out of Fredericton.
He did this same work in Ghana - security systems, same fundamentals, different country, and different code. Prior to QSA, he worked in disaster recovery locally, which means he's spent significant time walking into facilities on the worst day they've ever had.
That’s a rare, highly valuable perspective for a life safety technician to bring to the job.
Right now, he's shadowing another one of our techs, learning our standards and discovering which buildings across the province have their own unique quirks. Every facility has them - and you only learn them from someone who’s already been in the room.
Before Rapheal even logged his first hour, our ops team on all levels all sat down with him. That's not a formality here. It’s an intentional effort to ensure we onboard people who genuinely care.
Welcome to the team Rapheal!
