🏅 What a finish to Eastern Regionals!

Congratulations to Beth, who has punched her ticket to OFSAA with a 3rd-place finish in Triple Jump in her very first year of high school! 🎉

Additional standout performances:
• David – 7th place in Senior Boys Discus with a personal best
• Brynn – 7th place in the 3000 m with a PB
• Cain – qualified for Regionals in Javelin
• Azlyn – personal in Shot Put

Eastern Regionals Recap:

Congratulations to Preston Zufelt-McCullough, who earned silver in Junior Boys Javelin at Eastern Regionals in Brockville with a personal best and new school record throw of 50.12 m! 🎯

Shout-out to Conlan for achieving a season personal best in the Long Jump. A great reminder that progress, perseverance, and small gains matter. 👏

🏆 TWO MORE TROJANS ARE OFSAA BOUND! 🏆
Exciting news coming out of the Eastern Region Track & Field Championships!
Congratulations to Ayden, who delivered a personal best throw of 13.35 metres in Senior Boys Shot Put, earning 3rd place overall and securing his spot at OFSAA!
A huge congratulations as well to Brynn, who ran a seasonal best time of 7:32.36 in the Senior Girls Steeplechase, finishing 2nd overall and also qualifying for OFSAA!
We are incredibly proud of these student-athletes and the dedication they have shown all season. 💙❤️

Big congratulations to Jaylynn on an incredible performance at East Regionals! 🎉
With her 2nd place finish in Senior Women’s Javelin, Jaylynn has officially qualified for OFSAA and will represent our school next week in St. Catharines! 💪🥈
Honourable mentions also go out to two outstanding Trojan athletes:
👏 Azlyn for her 8th place finish in Junior Women’s Discus with a throw of 22.89 m
👏 Beth for her strong 11th place finish in the Novice Girls 200 m sprint
East Regionals brings together top athletes from across Eastern Ontario, and we are incredibly proud of how our Trojans competed on such a big stage in Brockville over this two-day meet.
More Trojan athletes will be competing tomorrow — good luck to everyone as the competition continues! 🏆🔥👏
