On September 30, we recognize National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
The Salvation Army acknowledges the tragic history of abuse that continues to affect Indigenous communities. It is a day to honour the children who never returned home, the survivors of residential schools and the families and communities whose lives continue to be affected by this history.
We remember. We listen. We reflect. And we commit to reconciliation.
