Get Ready To Make A Splash: Apply sunscreen & wear your bathing suit to the pool. (There is also a change room on site.) Bring your beach towel and water bottle. When you get in the pool, find a spot where the water comes up to the bottom of your rib cage. Keep your arm movements under water during class to add resistance and up the toning factor. Listen to your body, go at your own pace and have fun!

Class Cancellations: The Manager for the Gimli Aquatic Centre makes the decision if class needs to be cancelled. Stay up to date with class cancellations due to weather along with other RM Gimli Aqua Zumba or Gimli Aquatic Centre related announcements: https://www.facebook.com/GimliAquaticCentre
