The line up next week includes:
Tuesday: meatballs, mashed, corn
Wednesday: steak sandwich, Cesar salad
Thursday: garlic sausage, perogies, mixed veg

’Twas the night before chair yoga, and all through the hall,
The seniors were dreaming of stretching it all!
Tomorrow we’ll gather, our chairs in a row,
For stretches and laughter to flow.
The reading glasses will sparkle and shine,
As we wonder, “Which leg is supposed to be mine?”
We’ll twist to the left, then twist to the right,
And hope that our joints are behaving just right!
We’ll roll our shoulders and wiggle our toes,
Then take a deep breath through our sinus plugged nose.
We’ll reach for the ceiling, then down toward our feet,
And try not to nap when the music is sweet! 😴
Someone will ask, “Is it time for a break?”
Someone else will say, “I brought cookies to take!” 🍪
With giggles and groans, we’ll stretch and we’ll sway,
And loosen those muscles along the way.
So tonight get some rest, and tomorrow come see—
An exciting chair yoga session for you and for me!
