📢 Office Closure Notice 🍁

Please be advised that the Township Office, located at 82133 Council Line, will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026 for the Labour Day Holiday. The office will reopen on Tuesday, September 8th at 8:30 a.m.

The landfill will be open on Saturday and Monday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and waste and recycling collection on Monday will proceed as usual.

📍 Know Your Location – Know nearby roads, landmarks and intersections. Consider using the what3words app to help identify your location in an emergency.

📱 Check Emergency Numbers & Cell Coverage – Confirm local emergency contacts and check your cell coverage before you go.

🚪 Have a Fire Escape Plan – Identify two escape routes, keep exits clear and make
sure everyone knows the plan.

🎒 Pack an Emergency Kit – Bring first aid supplies, a flashlight, water, food, maps, a fire extinguisher and basic tools.

🌦️ Plan for the Unexpected – Be prepared for changing weather and unexpected situations.

A few minutes of preparation can make all the difference in an emergency. Have a safe and enjoyable end to summer!

⚠️ Boil Water Advisory ⚠️

A Boil Water Advisory has been issued due to recent water sample results indicating unsatisfactory levels of bacterial contamination in the water supply.

A notice lifting the Boil Water Advisory will be issued by Huron Perth Public Health when two consecutive satisfactory water results are obtained.
