Summerfest is growing and incorporating a Ribfest into the weekend on July 09, 10 & 11. With the extended hours, we are searching for local bands looking for the opportunity to gain exposure and perform during daytime hours of 11:00 - 7:00 Friday July 10 and Saturday July 11. We are very honoured to accept the Award of Merit for Barrier-Free Access presented by the Huron County Accessibility Advisory Committee. This award is in recognition of our commitment to accessibility with our investment of over $200,000 in a new chair lift and elevator shaft installed in our building giving people with mobility issues access to all three levels of our rental facility and our accessibility friendly Pavillion in our Playground. Two more projects of our commitment of "Serving our Community's Greatest Needs"

Representatives from the Goderich Little Theater were on hand at our last meeting to accept a cheque for $1000.00. The donation will go towards sponsoring this years youth program at the Goderich Little Theater.
