The Mattagami First Nation Health Department and CYWB Department staff had a wonderful working session on Friday morning at the Best Western in Timmins to discuss community programming and collaboration. The room was buzzing with energy and great conversation, so much so that we are already planning our next meeting!

We are excited to work closely with community departments as very often we service the same clients but sometimes in different capacities. Ultimately, we are all focused on improving outcomes for our community members and filling in gaps while maximizing resources whenever and wherever possible. It’s all about building relationships and making a positive impact!

There is never any shortage of laughs when community staff get together and Friday was no exception! 🤗🪶

We want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who came out to take part, show support, and stand together. Your presence made the day truly meaningful, and we’re so grateful to have such a strong and caring community.

The event was an incredible success, and it wouldn’t have been possible without all of you.💙
