The Gold River Visitor Centre is open for the season! come stop by we are open from 10:00-6:00 Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Then in July were open seven days a week. Note: If you are the owner of a local business or are organizing a local event we'd love to advertise for you!

CRITTER COVE"S Fishing for Hearts - 4th annual

August 27th - 30th, 2012
Entry fee is $400 for two people
Includes 3 nights accommodation and dinner for two (New York Steak night)
In addition to prize money, Critter Cove donates $100 per entry to the Children's Heart Network (http://www.childrensheartnetwork.org/).
$1000 for First Prize for biggest Salmon, plus:
Fabulous sea theme Raku sculpture donated by Ed Oldfield will be awarded to the team who weighs in the largest salmon.
