Remember from April to November, Aquatera collects organic yard waste such as grass clippings, leaves, and branches. Yard waste supports our Landfill Gas-to-Energy Project, and there is no limit to the number of bags you may place at the curb. To ensure collection, place grass and leaves in clear, transparent bags; ensure each bag weighs less than 20 kilograms and is free of rips or tears; bundle branches so they are no longer than one metre and no wider than 0.5 metres. GRANDE PRAIRIE – Aquatera Utilities is scheduled to begin watermain replacement work along 99 Avenue between 102 Street and 101 Street on Monday, June 15. Construction is expected to continue through the end of July as part of ongoing infrastructure improvements.
