Tenant FAQ – WFN Rental Housing Program

1. Who can apply for WFN rental housing?
WFN members with low to moderate income. If your income is higher, you can look at private housing or rent-to-own options.

2. Do I own the home if I rent it for many years?
No. All rental units always belong to WFN, no matter how long you live there.

3. Can WFN move me to another unit?
Yes. WFN may relocate tenants or make changes to units to meet housing needs.

4. Why do I have to pay rent?
Rent is required under funding agreements. If WFN doesn’t collect rent, it could lose funding for future homes.
