What are the benefits of inclusive playground equipment?

An inclusive playground encourages everyone to play, fostering a culture of inclusion. It focuses on providing real choices of play, including equipment for multiple age groups and a graduated range of challenges.

Best Buddies International + Miracle® Inclusive Playgrounds are dedicated to delivering play experiences that embody true inclusion—starting with kids at the grade-school level, when they first form their social awareness and behaviors.

We’re thrilled to see the Very Hungry Caterpillar Storybook Trail featured in the Sault Star! 🐛📚

From an idea shared by our own Melissa Sheridan to the first of its kind in North America, this Prince Township project brings reading, movement and outdoor play together in such a special way.

We’re proud to have helped bring this interactive trail to life alongside the Parent/Child Resource Centre, Little Tikes Commercial and community partners.

Even better? Seeing families already enjoying it! 💚

A little caterpillar. A big love for learning! 🐛📚

We recently had the pleasure of donating a Very Hungry Caterpillar sculpture to Walden Daycare, and last week, the children got to enjoy a special afternoon inspired by the beloved story!

From listening to The Very Hungry Caterpillar to colouring their favourite characters, it was an afternoon filled with storytelling, creativity and imagination.

At CRCS Recreation, learning and literacy are values close to our hearts. We believe that play can open the door to so much more, encouraging curiosity, creativity and a lifelong love of learning.

We're grateful to have been able to contribute a little something special to a space where young minds are growing every day.

Here's to more stories, more imagination and more opportunities to learn through play! 💚

Rooted in culture. Built for play. 🌿

Something meaningful is taking shape at Garden Village Daycare in Nipissing First Nation!

This new playground brings together thoughtfully designed elements that celebrate culture and language while supporting the important role of play in childhood development.

One of its meaningful features is the Sharing Circle, a space rooted in traditions of respect, listening, storytelling and community connection.

Alongside these cultural elements, the playground incorporates opportunities for movement, creativity, exploration and social interaction.

We're proud to be part of a project where every detail has a purpose.

Installation is currently underway, and we look forward to sharing the finished space!
