Inclusion West Niagara’s leadership team had the incredible opportunity to participate in a leadership retreat with Sarah McVanel from Greatness Magnified.

It was a meaningful day of reflection, connection, and learning, focused on strengthening our leadership skills and building an even stronger team. We’re excited to bring these insights back to our organization and continue creating a culture where people feel valued, supported, and empowered.

Through the dedication of our amazing volunteers at Delta Bingo & Gaming in St. Catharines, like our very own Joel, who always brings a huge smile and positive energy, we're able to continue making a meaningful difference in our community.

Every volunteer shift helps support the programs and services we provide for individuals with developmental disabilities.
