Join Dr. Matt Barden, as he discusses proactive nervous system care and how it goes beyond getting rid of back pain. He will also talk about how consistent chiropractic and nervous system care can improve health outcomes, and how to decrease the incidence of some of the leading degenerative diseases. This program is presented in partnership with the Rotary Club of Grimsby.

This program takes place in the Lounge on Thursday, September 10 from 7-8PM. Registration is required through the Programs Calendar link in our bio. We'll see you there!

Join the Grimsby Public Library as we follow the adventures of the bears at Katmai National Park. Starting on September 14, drop in to watch the live feed and cast your vote for the bear you think will win! 🐻

Vote for the fattest bear of the year! Some of the largest brown bears on Earth make their home at Brooks River in Katmai National Park, Alaska. Brown bears get fat to survive and Fat Bear Week is an annual tournament celebrating their success in preparation for winter hibernation!

Find the voting brackets in the Lounge and cast your votes all week. We are thrilled to celebrate these bodacious brown bears all September long!

You better believe we are partnering with our pals across the pond! 📬

This program connects kids from Grimsby, Ontario with kids in Grimsby, UK for an old-fashioned “snail mail” exchange. Write letters, share stories, practice writing skills, and make international friendships while learning about life in another country.

The Pen Pal Club starts on Thursday, September 24 from 3:45-4:45PM and will meet on the fourth Thursday of every month. Spaces are limited! Ages 9-12. Registration is required through the Programs Calendar at the link in our bio.
