Please note that if you have any debts with the government, such as owed from prior years or Ei or Cerb or overpayments they will keep all refunds and credits (Trillium, Grocery and Essential, etc) until you are paid off.
Its not my business to know what you owe!!
My program doesnt say that you will not get your refund, it tells me what your refund should be!!!

Dear clients,
It takes 8 to 10 business days for your refund to be directly deposited into your bank accounts. If you are still getting cheques it 8 to 10 days plus the snail mail.
I don't mind verifying after 3 weeks from filing date, but please give them their 8 to 10 business days to get you your refunds!!! Thanks for understanding.
