Welcome to National AccessAbility Week! This is a time to celebrate accomplishments and amplify voices, so this week we'll be featuring a different client testimonial every day.

We're very proud of our clients for their resilience in the face of barriers, and for the progress they've made this year in meeting their personal and professional goals.

Today you'll hear from Jessica, who has completed both self-management and employment preparation classes at reachAbility:

Give us a chance.
If you're screening out a candidate with a disability because they "couldn't do the job", consider that the rest of that sentence is very often "as the job has traditionally been done." With a little imagination and some very reasonable accommodation, often the candidate in question can do the job just fine, as well or even better than other more "traditional" candidates.
