We’re hiring for an Office Administrator at one of our Dartmouth locations!

Reporting to the Team-Leads of the department, the office administrator role is designer to work with the Executive Director and team-leads to create an organized, seamless office management process for both staff and clients.

Qualifications:
Superior organizational skills
Completion of post secondary education in relevant field to this sector
Background in office administration
Excellent verbal and written communications
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive and HIFIS
The ability to work well with vulnerable people and to deescalate potentially volatile situations
Team-oriented, as well as self-directed.
Schedule: Evenings, overnights and weekends.
Location: Dartmouth

We’re hiring for a full-time Intensive Case Manager position!

Reporting to the Housing Team-Leads, the Intensive Case Management role is designed to support individuals with a person centered and trauma informed approach who have more complex needs in their search for low-barrier housing.

Qualifications:
Education and/or experience in health education/promotion, human services, social work, or a related field.

Strong understanding of the determinants of health and systemic barriers affecting housing stability

Knowledge of homelessness, poverty, harm reduction, mental health and addiction resources, and community development practices

In depth understanding of coordinated access and the BNL process

Access to a reliable vehicle

Schedule:
Monday-Friday
