Hello friends!

Do you have a baby gate that you are no longer using? Can it be adjusted to 24" or less? We are looking for adjustable baby gates to help keep the little ones in our community safe.

If you would like to make a donation please bring it to the centre during our open hours: Mondays 9am-12pm; Tuesdays-Fridays 9am - 4pm, closed 12:30-1:00pm for lunch.

Our Home Childcare Agency is looking for small empty glass jars with lids. Baby food jars, small jam jars and other jars of similar size are perfect. These jars help in storing paints for the day homes registered through our agency. These can also be used to store and transport small craft items for the day homes. If you happen to have some small jars we would love for you to bring them into our centre so we can reuse them instead of sending them to be recycled.

Hello Friends.

Chebucto Family Centre is looking for volunteers for some of our programs in June 2026.

We are lookin for volunteers or sponsors to help with our Spry Cafe on June 10th. If you are interested in helping out with Spry Cafe please email [email protected]

We are also looking for some creative volunteers for our Summer Kick-Off Party on June 30th. For this we are hoping to find someone with some experience face painting as well as someone who is able to create fun balloon creatures.
