Video-Guided Chair Exercise Program (11:00 AM–12:00
Cards (1:00–4:00 PM).
Come for one activity or stay for the whole day!
Our programs are designed for adults 55+ and provide a friendly space to make new connections, stay active, and have fun.

Join SageWell every Thursday at St. James United Church (Basement), 3811 Old Sambro Road, for a welcoming day of social connection, recreation, and learning.
Start your morning with Coffee & Conversation (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM), where participants gather to chat, share stories, and enjoy good company.
Cards & Games (12:00 PM – 2:00 PM), a fun and friendly opportunity to socialize, challenge your mind, and build community connections.
💻 Intro to Tech Class with Paul (2:00 PM – 3:00 PM)
Do you know a neighbour, friend, parent, or grandparent who could use a little help with technology?
Join Paul from (2:00 PM – 3:00 PM) for a friendly, beginner-focused tech class. Learn how to use smartphones, tablets, computers, email, video calling, online services, and more. Questions are always welcome, and participants can bring their own devices for hands-on support.
This program is made possible through funding that helps older adults build digital skills, stay connected with family and friends, and confidently navigate today's online world.

If you’ve ever wanted to feel more confident using your smartphone, computer, email, online services, or everyday technology, this session is for you.

I am pleased to partner with SageWell to host an Intro to Technology Lunch & Learn for older adults right here in Clayton Park West.

This welcoming and practical session will help participants build confidence with technology, learn useful tips for everyday use, and better understand how the digital world can work for them.

Topics include:
📱 Basic settings on smartphones and computers
💻 Tech 101 cheat sheet
🌐 How the digital world can benefit you
💡 Tips for everyday technology use
