Capt(N) Collin J. Forsberg has served as the Commanding Officer of HMCS Harry DeWolf from 2025 until 2026. Today, we bid him farewell and wish him fair winds and following seas.
Capt(N) Collin J. Forsberg led HMCS Harry DeWolf through a rigorous refit program which consisted of an on-going maintenance program and sail to Levis, Quebec. He promoted a center of excellence, by challenging members to ensure timings and standards were well met. Moreover, he provided an atmosphere that enabled the ship’s company to develop their own expertise in their various trades through engaged mentorship.
Today, we are pleased to welcome Cdr Andrew Tunstall, the oncoming commander of HMCS Harry DeWolf. The ship’s company is eager to sail with you Sir and we are looking forward to the upcoming ship’s program.

Le capitaine de vaisseau Collin J. Forsberg a occupé le poste de commandant du NCSM Harry DeWolf de 2025 à 2026. Aujourd’hui, nous lui disons au revoir et lui souhaitons bon vent et mer calme.
Le capitaine de vaisseau Collin J. Forsberg a dirigé le NCSM Harry DeWolf tout au long d’un programme de remise en état rigoureux, qui comprenait un programme d’entretien continu et une croisière à Lévis, au Québec. Il a favorisé la création d’un centre d’excellence en mettant les membres au défi de veiller au respect des échéanciers et des normes. De plus, il a su créer une atmosphère qui a permis à l’équipage du navire de développer son expertise dans ses divers métiers grâce à un mentorat engagé.
Aujourd’hui, nous sommes heureux d’accueillir le commandant Andrew Tunstall, le nouveau commandant du NCSM Harry DeWolf. L’équipage est impatient de prendre la mer à vos côtés, monsieur, et nous attendons avec impatience le programme à venir.
