More Happy Tails!!

Adopted cat, Frosty, recently checked in and were so happy to hear he is thriving in his forever home along with a brand-new name! 🥰

“We have decided to name Frosty Tuffy!
He is doing amazingly well, he has made himself right at home in our house. Our other cat, Shadow, tolerates him, no problems! He is just a wonderful little guy, and I am so grateful that I was able to adopt him, he is just a joy to be around!
Thank you!”

It sounds like Tuffy has settled in beautifully and already mastered the art of becoming everyone’s favorite tiny house panther. We’re especially happy to hear that Shadow has accepted the new roommate arrangement. Feline “tolerance” is often the highest form of approval. 😹

Black cats like Tuffy are truly so special: affectionate, playful, and full of personality. We love hearing that he’s brought so much joy to his new family already.

Thank you so much to his adopter for opening your heart and home to this sweet boy and for sharing this wonderful update with us. Happy endings like Tuffy’s are what it’s all about. 🖤

Happy Tails!!

We received an absolutely delightful update from Nora's adopter that perfectly captures her feisty little personality. 😹

“Nora is great, very feisty. We adopted her because I was looking for a younger companion for my 8-year-old cat. I hoped he would become a bit more active, or just so they could cuddle…unfortunately, she doesn't seem to be interested in socializing 😅 They are kind of getting along, at least they seem to tolerate each other for the most part.

I work from home, so I keep a close eye all the time. She found all sorts of toys my other cat didn't care for and she's loving them! Her favorite is a green stuffy in the shape of a star with some sort of paper tassel...She plays fetch with it! It's very cute. She loves her Churu treats and is quite curious about all the food in the kitchen — she wants to sniff everything!”

It sounds like Nora has fully embraced her role as household supervisor, toy enthusiast, snack inspector, and tiny chaos coordinator. While the cuddle buddy plan may still be a work in progress, we love hearing that the cats are learning to coexist and that Nora is settling in so well.

Also a cat that plays fetch AND investigates every kitchen activity? That’s peak orange-cat energy regardless of actual fur color.

Thank you so much to Nora’s adopter for giving this spirited girl such a loving home and for sharing these wonderful updates with us. We’re so happy she’s thriving!

Thankful Thursday!!

We want to take a moment to send a heartfelt thank you to our wonderful partners at PetSmart and the PetSmart Charities Adoption Center for helping animals in need find loving forever homes every single day. 🏡🐱

Partnerships like these give shelter animals the opportunity to meet their future families and begin the next chapter of their lives just like Kindle did! 💕

We recently received this lovely update from Kindle’s adopter:

“Kindle has settled in just fine and is loving having a new home and we're loving having her. She's happy and healthy. She's a super curious girl who likes to be a part of everything that's going on at home.”

Hearing updates like this means the world to us. From shelter life to happy, healthy, and involved in all household activities (because apparently privacy is no longer allowed 😂), Kindle is clearly thriving in her new home.

Thank you again to PetSmart and PetSmart Charities for helping create happy endings like Kindle’s and giving so many deserving animals a second chance.

And thank you to adopters who open their hearts and homes to shelter pets. You truly change lives.

More Happy Tails!!

We recently received the most heartwarming update from adopted bun, Holden, and his adopter! ❤️

“Thanks for reaching out and checking in. Holden has been an absolute joy. He is settling in very well. I have attached some pictures.

He and my other rabbit, Lola, have been getting along well supervised. They've even started to groom each other a bit.”

We are absolutely thrilled to hear that Holden is thriving in his new home and beginning to bond with his new bunny friend, Lola. Grooming is a huge milestone in rabbit bonding and a wonderful sign of trust and friendship forming between them!

It sounds like Holden has truly landed exactly where he belongs with a loving family, a bunny companion, and lots of happy days ahead.

Thank you so much to his adopter for giving him such a wonderful home and for sharing these adorable updates with us. Stories like Holden’s remind us how special adoption truly is.

Happy Tails!!

We recently had a very handsome Mr. Rogers - now lovingly known as Fred - check in and our hearts could not be fuller after hearing how wonderfully he has settled into his new home. ❤️

His adopters shared this sweet update with us:

“Hi there! 🙂 Mr. Rogers (aka Fred) has been a wonderful addition to our family. He loves to play and enjoys cat trees and toys. He also loves to cuddle and will let me brush him with ease. He has fully integrated into our cat family here (1 three-year-old cat and one 8-year-old cat) and loves to play with them and groom them. There has been no fighting — it’s like he was meant to be with us. We are so happy he is a member of our family and consider ourselves very lucky to have adopted such a sweet boy. I will send some pictures. Thanks for checking in.”

Stories like Fred’s are exactly why we do what we do. From shelter cat to beloved family member, he has clearly found the perfect match complete with feline siblings, cozy cuddle sessions, and plenty of cat trees to conquer.

We especially love hearing how seamlessly he joined the household. Sometimes it truly feels like certain animals were always meant to find their people. ❤️

Thank you to Fred’s wonderful family for opening your hearts and home to him, and for sharing this beautiful update with us. Happy tails like this make every day brighter!

Thankful Thursday!!

We were so happy to receive this wonderful update from one of our adopted cats:

“Thank you for checking in! Yvette is settling in beautifully and getting comfortable in her new home. She’s such an affectionate cat and has already made quite an impression on all of us. Our son has renamed her Zoey—also known as Zo-Zo—and she’s responding really well to her new name.”

It sounds like Zoey has already become a beloved member of the family, and we couldn’t be happier for her! From shelter cat to spoiled family companion, this is exactly the kind of happy ending we love to see.

We’d also like to give a huge thank you to our amazing adoption partner, PetSmart, for helping animals like Zoey find loving homes and second chances through the PetSmart Charities Adoption Center program. Partnerships like these help connect so many wonderful pets with the families meant for them. 🐱🏡

Thank you to Zoey’s family for opening your hearts and home to her. We can already tell she’s living her very best life! 💖
