NOTICE: EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY A BURN BAN is in place for Hamiota Municipality on all open air burning this includes lighting and burning of trash, refuse, grass, and agricultural or yard wastes.

Closed/contained fires pits and barbeques are still permitted but please exercise extreme caution and ensure supervision at all times.
