Hello Uplands Park,
At Sandy Lake we are at a crucial moment. The Province has given the developers permission to begin land preparation for development in the small/middle section across from Bluewater Road BEFORE THE FINAL STUDIES ARE COMPLETE. This amounts to greenlighting development before it has even been approved.
