Hey everyone, just a reminder that the Alberta Air Tours event is tomorrow at the Hanna Community Airport from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

We currently have 35 aircraft registered to attend, and the weather is looking good. Food and beverages will be available for purchase on site for $5.

Come out, bring your families, meet the pilots, see the aircraft up close, and help support our local airport

Community Futures Meridian Region and the Special Areas Board are excited to launch the Youth Side Hustle Program for youth living in the Special Areas region of Alberta.

This hands-on program helps youth ages 12–18 learn how to turn their ideas into small businesses while building skills in branding, budgeting, customer service, and business planning.

Participants who complete the program will also receive a cash incentive to help launch their side hustle.

Only 20 spots are available, with a few participants selected from each Special Areas community.
