LON Horseshoe We pride ourselves on being the most welcoming organization for women new to the Horseshoe Valley area wishing to develop their golf game and friendships.

The Ladies of the Night (LON) started in 1997 with a small group of women who worked outside the home. They'd get together after work every Tuesday night for nine holes at the former Horseshoe Highlands course,
and then gather afterwards for dinner and perhaps a little wine. Eventually the group outgrew their ability to
host at home, and when the Highlands Club House was built, the LON moved their

there. We have been through many challenges and changes but have always maintained our welcoming spirit
to women who want to golf in a relaxed atmosphere.

What a great time we had at our annual Christmas gathering. Thanks Karen Rowe for hosting us once again! Many laughs were had, especially when Santa's sisters sister-in-law (?!?!) stopped by to visit. (aka Madam Marnie). For members who weren't able to join us Merry Christmas 🎄🎅🤶. What a day we had - and what a result! The LON Charity event raised a total of $37,885.09 in support of The Sharing Place Food Centre. If you weren't there - prepare to be jealous!🤣An extra special thank you to everyone who volunteered to help with this event: the committee members, the sponsors, all donors, Horseshoe Valley Resort Team, and of course, all of the participants in our fundraisers and the event.
