2383 completed their 76th ACR. Cadets were busy coming off their weekend FTX just a week before!

2383 in collaboration with 3025 took care of unfinished business as training kicked into high gear for the spring FTX. Although the season is coming to an end, for these cadets their career is not finished! Summer training and the 2026/27 training year will keep them moving forward!

Last Wednesday 2383 joined 2137 RCACC and the Calgary Highlanders (10th Canadians) to commemorate the battle of Saint Julian’s wood. Cadets dress and drill was on full display. A big thank you to Sgt McLaughlin who took on the roll as corps photographer for the evening!

Staff from 2383 took time this weekend to celebrate the battle of Saint Julian’s Wood at the Calgary Highlander (10th Canadians) annual mess dinner. The battle was a defining point for the regiment. You can learn more about the battle and the Highlanders at The Military Museums in Calgary.

We took a little break from preparing for Saint Julian’s to meet with representatives from our local legion. They spoke about their experiences in cadets and the CAF….and, they brought dinner! We also promoted more cadets to Lance Corporal. Congratulations!
