Barbara Bernhardsen and I have been asked for months to put together a summer event like we used to years ago, wellllllĺl..................here it is!

Join us for a fun evening in the park for some Pound/drum workout and Dance Fit .

November is upon us!
The month is a little lopsided for days , so we will run from Tues Nov 2nd - Thurs Nov 25th. Nov 30th will be included in December.

* There will be no class on Thursday Nov 11th, 2021

Walk fit 9:00-10:00 am Tues/Thurs

Zumba Gold 10:15- 11:00 am Tues/Thurs

2 classes per week is $60 and one class is $30....

***Please remember to pay the additional $1 per class now that we are inside the Masonic Hall in High River.

I will be making a donation to the legion in lieu of remembrance day class!

Minimum 8 per class for it to run.
I look forward to seeing your smiling faces next week.

Walk Fit Tues/Thurs 9:00-10:00AM
( 9 classes)
Bring runners, water and weights

Zumba Gold Tues/Thurs 10:15-11:00 AM
( 9 classes)
Bring water and runners

George Lane Park Gazebo ( weather permitting) , colder than 7 degrees or poor weather we meet at the Mason Hall.
($1 additional per class for the Mason Hall)

$60 for 2 classes a week
or
$30 for 1 class a week

Exciting News!!!!
I am blowing the dust off this page and ecstatic to tell you we have some new classes starting next week Mar 30th - Apr 29th, 2021:

Walk fit ( Wild Ones) class will be from 9-10 am Tuesday/ Thursday ( 10 classes) $60

Zumba Gold will be from 10:15 - 11:00am Tuesday/ Thursday ( 10 classes) $60

These classes will be done by registering and securing your spot. The cost for the 10 weeks will be an introductory rate of $60, Whoa that's $6 per class for each program.
Drop in will be available by request if a spot is available at $8 per class.( Once we are outside it will be $50 for the month or approx 8 classes)

Please secure your spot by email transferring: [email protected] ( don't forget the extra E) or by sending an email to confirm with other payment, I can also take credit card payment as well with my square payment method. Please specify which class you wish to be registered in. Other payment methods available.
