We are so pleased to see our beautiful residents enjoying the second week of our new hydration station here at High Country Lodges!

This initiative is all about promoting wellness and community connection in a simple, tasty way. This week, we are featuring a wonderful fresh fruit blend: Lois & Lois’s Orange Cranberry Hydrating Water. This delicious and naturally sweet infused water uses whole oranges and cranberries—it’s fruity, fresh, and full of goodness!

We would like to send a huge thank you out to Raj at the Indian Pan Flame restaurant in High River for sharing his culinary skills to prepare some fabulous beef for our SeniorConnexx cooking event. We were joined by the FCIS (Foothills Community Immigrant Services ) to create a delicious Filipino cultural meal for our older adults to enjoy. Good fun, good food and good memories.

We are so fortunate to live in a community that truly cares about our neighbors. Not only with Food Insecurity affecting their health and well being, but also the contributions made be companies like Western Financial’s volunteers who make fundraising efforts successful.
Volunteerism is the foundation of organizations like Wild Rose. The financial and volunteer donations of time has made it possible for the FoodConnexx to continue operating.

We're proud to support Wild Rose Community Connections through the Western Communities Foundation Emergency Support Fund.

When the organization faced uncertainty about the future of its FoodConnexx program, community support, including funding from the Foundation, helped secure the resources needed to continue serving local individuals and families.
